Escape the Crowds – Walk Dean Village and the Water of Leith
This tour is the perfect remedy for "Fringe crowd fatigue". Starting at the Sir James Young Simpson statue, we traverse the historic New Town before descending into the charming Dean Village. You'll see unique 16th century architecture, a waterfall in the middle of the city, and walk alongside Edinburgh's only creek river. Gain local insight into the peaceful parts of town locals actually enjoy, including St Bernard’s Well, the vibrant Stockbridge community and the iconic, floral beauty of Circus Lane. We start at 1.30pm every day.
