Delicious food and drink is served in The Royal Dick bar plus al fresco bars and street food in our vibrant and buzzing courtyard. There is a café open all day too. Accessibility

We are committed to making your visit to Summerhall an enjoyable experience and we are working to make our venue as accessible as possible. The building is B-listed and is over one hundred years old and not all of our spaces are fully accessible. If coming into Summerhall using the main entrance, please be aware that there are nine steps up to reception and the steps do not have a handrail. Our step-free access is through the side entrance on Summerhall Square. From here, The Royal Dick pub is situated to your right as you come in (with ramp access entry to bar behind the pub) and there is a ramp directly ahead of you that leads you up to the left and into the building where you can access our reception, boutique, cafe and some of our venues. We have lift access to some of the first floor spaces and the basement spaces. Further information about individual spaces and shows can be obtained from the box office. Although there is no on-site parking at Summerhall, especially during the Fringe, paid parking spaces are available on the nearby Sciennes Road. Please be aware that parking is limited and can be quite competitive. Limited access to some parts of venue site, Wheelchair accessible toilet, No reserved accessible parking, On street blue badge parking, Assistance dogs welcome in all areas.
